Return Process

Notify us of any issues within 24 hours for perishable goods or 14 days for non-perishables by emailing our customer service team with your order number.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Include a copy of your receipt or digital order confirmation, along with photographs if the item arrived damaged or does not meet our quality standards.
- 3.Secure Packaging
For non-perishable giftware, ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging before returning them to our farm shop or via a tracked courier service.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately.
