Where does your meat and produce come from?
The majority of our products are sourced directly from our own fields in Devon or from a trusted network of local West Country farmers and artisan producers who share our commitment to quality.
What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer nationwide next-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm, Monday through Thursday. You can select your preferred delivery date at the checkout stage.
Can I include a gift message with my hamper order?
Yes, you can add a personalized hand-written message to any order. Simply enter your text in the 'Gift Message' box during the checkout process.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If any item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Do you offer any plastic-free or sustainable packaging?
We are committed to sustainability. Our delivery boxes are recyclable, and we use compostable liners and natural wool insulation instead of polystyrene whenever possible.
